Edible Rhubarb: Rhubarb is a perennial vegetable known for its tart, colorful stalks. Commonly used in desserts and savory dishes, its vibrant red or green stalks bring a refreshing contrast to sugary ingredients.

Edible Sunchokes: also known as Jerusalem artichokes (Helianthus tuberosus), are edible tubers that belong to the sunflower family.

The "Butterfly Garden"

Trumpet Flower: Attracts pollinators- Trumpet flowers produce large, tubular blooms that are particularly attractive to pollinators and are visually stunning

Salvia:  Attracts pollinators, Salvia flowers are rich in nectar and attract a wide range of pollinators, including bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds, thus supporting biodiversity in the garden.

Additionally- Some species of salvia have medicinal properties and are used in traditional herbal medicine for various purposes. The species here is Salvia guaranitica, commonly known as Anise-scented Sage or Hummingbird Sage and was picked for it's foliage and long bloom time.
